You have a vast knowledge of Financial management..I already took classes from a very well known teacher from Kolkata but sfm was always a nightmare for me...but you made this subject so easy and understandable for me..hats off to you sir..your way of teaching and communicating with students who are far away from you, is spellbound. Came across your revision lectures on YouTube but since they were quite long didn’t watch it right then. After few days I realized how confusing Portfolio Chapter was – be it remembering formulas, when and where to apply etc. etc. So I decided to watch the revision lecture and gone through yours. It was so amazingly explained and so so helpful. His in-depth coverage of the topic, ways of explanation has helped me a lot for my exams. His notes are more than complete. Phir maine CA NS sir ki classes li uske bad mai samjh he nhi paiya ki kya such mai SFM tough sub. hai ya phir sir ne ittne easy tarike se padhiya ki muje kuch tough laga he nhi. His knowledge & its excellent delivery makes him the best. I always preferred face-to-face classes for good interaction but a major drawback in F2F was the flexibility of classes & notes preparation. Writing review after finishing 80% classes of CA final SFM. NS Sir is the best faculty for CA final SFM. The level of conceptual clarity and his teaching style is awesome with analysis of stock market (I bet no other SFM teacher can do it with that level of clarity), explanation of concepts using Excel and the books provided by sir is also sufficient. I like his summary book (that includes flowchart of concepts and summary of formula which is must needed for last minute revision) and question bank (that covers questions with all sorts of adjustments) the most.

I have cleared CA Final exams in the 1st attempt with 81 marks in SFM. I will always be highly indebted to him. His in-depth coverage of the topic, ways of explanation has helped me a lot for my exams. His notes are more than complete. I took classes of nagendra sir but sadly I would say that I didn't like the classes because of some reason. Sir clear the concept very well but he keeps on comparing other teacher classes and says that his classes is best. I feel that any teacher should only create a positive environment in the class. If anyone keeps on comparing himself with others then it creats a negative impact and we are here to study not to know what other teacher are doing. I just want to say that if any student is taking classes from you then that person is trusting you and doesn't care what other teachers are doing. Please take care of this note sir. I got this feedback from many students and please don't speak language such as... Wo to anpand gawar hai unko kuch nhi aata... Aise hi aa gye hai... All these languages. I wrote this just to let you know that this can have serious negative impact.
