For Google Drive batches, within about ten minutes of the payment clearing during office hours. Pen drive and printed books are dispatched the same working day if you order before 5pm.
The full amount you paid, for any reason, within seven days of activation. You do not have to justify it. Physical books must come back unmarked; lecture access is simply switched off.
Yes. Every face to face and live streaming class is recorded and added to your drive the same evening, and stays available for the length of your validity.
Yes. Extensions run from 1 month at ₹500 up to 12 months at ₹2,500, and can be bought any time before or after your access expires.
Yes. Amendment sheets and updates keep coming to your WhatsApp group until you have cleared the paper, whether or not your lecture access is still live.
Only the syllabus and the fee currency. CAP-III batches follow the Nepal syllabus, books ship to Nepal, and the doubt window is the same.
